Cancellation

At any time, from your account. The subscription runs to the end of the paid period, then the app goes read-only. Your data stays on your Mac and can be exported.

Refund

Fourteen days to withdraw after subscribing, with a simple message. And the trial can be cancelled free of charge before day 8.

VAT

No VAT is charged: Shale is published under the French VAT exemption scheme, so the price shown is the price paid. Invoices carry the mention “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”.

Invoice

Issued automatically with every charge and available in your account. For Business, it carries the company's name and VAT number.
